I know things have changed when I see dudes doing 405 or more for reps on the bench. Ten to fifteen years ago, 350 would have put you in the 1 percent in most the gyms I go or went to.

Dieting and restricting your calories can be really hard sometimes. We've all been there, and we've all had our moments when we wanted to say f it or temporarily failed. I just envision what I'm gonna look like after I shed any extra weight I need to lose to stay motivated.
