It's strange really that it's such a evergreen classic cause the design is rather vibrant design. Most shoes that is around all the time have more minimal designs.

I think there's a difference between "not good looking" and "not true to the original". These may not be completely accurate to the first release but to me still a nice shoe.

Really? In sweden we say "gympasko" which means "gymnastics shoe" unless it's a shoes very specifically aimed for a sport like a football shoe or so.
