The 3 examples the catcher is in foul territory and/or blocking the plate

Amaya is in fair territory and his foot is in the middle of the plate. You can easily touch home plate directly in front of his foot.

If Alonzo's hand is flat when he slides he's safe. But he bounced it off the dirt.
