I'm surprised they haven't made a low top version of these yet. I guess if they made the tongue fat and added more stitching they would basically be AJ1 Low SBs.
Your right that is surprising, how well do you think these are selling? Would lows sell? Why not make the Don C 312 zoom.

I wish they would just kill this model.

They were a great idea when they first released but they’ve driven them into the ground over the past 4 years. I don’t think we need them anymore.

To anyone who owns a pair of the cmfts... Can you detail the difference in comfort between these and OG retros? Is it noticeable and if so, to what extent?
I own the OG 1.0 Zions. They are definitely more comfy than regular Js but the synthetic materials are worse (esp. on the 2.0s) so they crease easier, if that matters to you at all. I don’t think stability is as good as OG Highs and the traction is a bit weird since it’s a polyurethane/foam outsole lined with rubber on the circumference, which is kind of odd.

Overall better cushioning setup but worse traction and stability.

Thanks for the breakdown brother... Based on what you said, it doesn't the seem like the trade off would be worth it to me. I'd probably consider a pair in the right cw if I found one going for sub-$100 though.
