It was the only way to make this fight, Fox isn't allocating a budget for any non PPV boxing this yr and PBC isn't trying to use any of their showtime budget on this fight so PPV is the only way to cover the purses. Keep in mind that Ruiz and Ortiz being non American fighters real purses are higher than disclosed to CSAC here

Ruiz went the distance with a 55 year old man and got out worked. If those knockdowns don’t happen this is a draw. Ruiz gonna get beat by Wilder, Joe Joyce etc.

Sad thing what happened with El Rayo but Team Benavidez camp always showing leaks in defense. If he continues fighting like that he better get another trainer ASAP and keep his damn mouth closed.

Everyone loves Isaac Cruz. Dude is just likable and action packed.

Andy Ruiz is born and raised in the U.S.

Didn't mean in terms of citizenship for him but the flag he fights under, represented Mexico in 08 olympic trials, and honestly makes more sense for him to represent Mexico since it was a much bigger deal being the 1st Mexican HW champ. Like how Osaka represents Japan and Eileen Gu represents China
