Good thread, they have never done the white metallic yellow/gold 1 either. Good thing you didn't include 15-19 because it makes them look even worse. It’s too bad we won’t see those Military IVs like we thought and they have plenty of time to turn those nubuck XIIs in October to true Taxis or maybe even those Twist XIIs in May into Cherrys. Also, the Bred Patent 1s into real 85s.

Especially the 12s. They have neglected that model, all while putting out “almost Obsidians” Indigos last year and “almost Taxis” Royalty this year. Those are the worst.

The women’s “Not quite Metallic Purple 1s” with leather tongues and satin sock liners later this year is another example of what you’re talking about.

My guess is that we won’t have 5+ OG retros in the same year until everything the JB puts out stops selling out instantly.

Same with playoff 12s. They gave us nylon 12s and reverse taxi 12s instead.

Especially cause most will cop regardless. I thought I remembered hearing a few years ago JB has to pay Nike for the NA branding but idk how true that really is. Kinda makes sense tho since NA model are usually 10-20 bucks more than jumpman ones. I just want WC 3&4 with NA. Was too broke last go around for the 4s

Man... I hope not. That would suck. I feel like now that they’ve brought it back, they have to keep going with it on the OGs, but I wouldn’t put it past Gentry to slap the Jumpman on the back again.

The only one I can think of that's not on the list are CG XI's which last dropped in 2010. They will release at the end of this year for the 3rd time ever.

Considering the recent difficulty in grabbing any release thanks to various reasons, this may be a blessing in disguise. Less missed og colorways for the real enthusiasts/collectors. Release more Og colorways when things are closer to normal hopefully next year.
